If you are concerned about something and you think other people
share your point of view, you can do many different things to
gather support for your idea. For
example, a petition is a powerful tool for a community.
It lets decision-makers know
that a lot of people are concerned about a particular issue. It asks them to take action to
bring about change. You can
use a petition to create change in your community, in your school,
or at the Band Council level. This section of our website
