The Youth Council members are representatives of various NAN member communities.  They are between 18-29 years of age of choose a portfolio they are interested in working on.  Pictured above from left to right, Catherine Cheechoo, Violet Chum, Jocylen Formsma, and retired member Sharon Mendowegan.

There are ten members of the NAN Decade Youth Council. Each member is responsible for a different portfolio. The Youth Council decided these areas were of greatest priority for the development of their workplan.
