Hi my name is Bellamie Bighead and I am the cultural chair for
the Decade Council. I am from Kingfisher Lake
Some of the responsibilities of the cultural chair are as
follows;
- Research the beneficial differences between religion and
traditional beliefs.
- Compile resources on traditional teachings and make them
available to NAN Youth.
- Promote the use of traditional Cree, Ojibway, and OjiCree
language among youth and the general population of NAN.
